I tried to install/deploy ovirt 4.1 self hosted engin= =3D e  with glusterfs (thee node cluster two HP 380D Gen9 server with Inte= =3D l(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2650 v3 @ 2.30GHz and one IBM 3650 M4 ) on Centos 7.3.1611 x86-64 . But then the hosted engine

virtuaal machine is starting  then whole  h= =3D ost (node)  freezes – server is not accessible over network with= =3D ssh. Engine virtuaal machines fails to start and deploiment fails. Same time the on server console and server log apper lines „vcpu &nb= =3D sp;unhandled rdmsr“ . I searched Google this problem and dis not foun= =3D d the solution.

 

There was talk about  adding  /etc/modprobe.d/kvm.conf  = =3D „options k= vm=3D ignore_msrs=3D3D1“  Which is the same as R= =3D 22;echo 1 > /sys/modul= e/kvm/p= aram=3D eters/ignore_msrs“
