The failure for 94ade632-6ecc-4901-8cec-8e39f3d69cb0 is because I didn't click the save button (google chrome os has issues with ovirt and this will be avoided):

For the Cancelled event - I think it shouldn't go into this "Failed" state as the user has cancelled the action.

For the second - i have no explanation.
