Are you using ovirt-node, or plain os (el7)?

The above error seems to be a result of bad yum repo file(s).

You can simply remove it/them.

If you use node, you should be set.

If plain OS, you can try installing beforehand 'ovirt-host', I think

this should be enough. If it's not, please check/share host-deploy

logs - you should find there which packages are missing.

Obviously, the engine will then not be able to know if there updates,

so upgrades will be up to you to handle.
