I think you mean to ask about the connection broker to connect to your VDI infrastructure?

Ovirt has the VM user portal https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-web-ui , but I have never used a third party connection broker myself so I'm not aware of any compatible with oVirt or RHEV...
