From the logs I see you're updating from 4.4.10.7 and distribution reports CentOS Stream 8.

But looking at the dump of your repo files I see:

baseurl = http://vault.centos.org/centos/8/BaseOS/x86_64/os/

So you're not using CentOS Stream at all, you're using CentOS Linux 8.

Please re-install centos-stream-repos-8-6.el8.noarch and ensure CentOS Stream repos are properly enabled on your system.
