If it is a FQDN issue, you can try this:
- create a new file: ovirt-engine/engine.conf.d/99-alternate-engine-fqdns.conf
- add a line with the FQDN or IP you want to use(You can have multiple with a space between them):
SSO_ALTERNATE_ENGINE_FQDNS="ov.example.com"
- restart the engine

Sir/madam,

Yeah.i think i configured it correctly. I think the problem is on external fqdn resolving. How can we resolve it. I am using ubuntu os as my host os. And also how can we ener ACL for the engine.

Thank you!

Hi Deepthi,

We will need some more details on what your problem is.

Did the setup process finished without errors?
What do you mean by: "i could not open the ovirt engine on firefox browser on my host machine." ?
What do you get/see?
What is the host machine? The machine where the engine is installed?

Thanks,
Freddy
