the volume_dump returned 1 occurrence of that image, while the query returned 2 occurrences.

It seems that there's an image id with a description of 'Auto-generated for Live Storage Migration' which wasn't removed from the DB.

Can you try to remove it from the UI?

(If you claimed to remove it, try to remove it from the DB).
