I was always running gluster ahead of ovirt's version. Just ensure that there are no pending heals and you always check release notes before upgrading gluster.

We have some compute+storage hosts on 4.3.6 whichcan't be upgraded easily at the moment, but we are having some glusterissues that appear to be due to bugs that I wonder if upgrading mighthelp. Would an in-place upgrade of gluster be a bad idea without alsoupdating oVirt?_______________________________________________Users mailing list -- users@ovirt.orgTo unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@ovirt.orgPrivacy Statement: https://www.ovirt.org/privacy-policy.htmloVirt Code of Conduct: https://www.ovirt.org/community/about/community-guidelines/
