I'd create a new engine wirh rhv, move to maintenance/detach an host and reinstall with rhv. Then detach one by one storage domains on ovirt and attach to rhv, importing the vms.

This should work.

oVirt is running on version 4.3.0.4-1.el7.
RHV would be version 4.3.3.7-0.1.el7.

I was thinking in reinstalling a host with RHV 4.3 and adding it to the oVirt HE. Move all the VM’s to the RHV host and than do the same process. After it install a new RHVH-M to remove the oVirt Engine. Not sure if this would work or not.
