I've always just used engine-iso-uploader on the engine host to upload images to the ISO domain, never really noticed that it doesn't "appear" to be in the GUI. Very rarely do i need to upload ISO's, so i guess it's just never really been an issue. I know the disk upload GUI options are for VM HDD disk images, not ISO's though, which is why i imagine it doesn't show up.
