Ok. I just commented it out and run
# ./configure_ovirt_machines_for_metrics.sh --playbook=ovirt-metrics-store-installation.yml --ask-vault-pass
PLAY RECAP **********************************************************************************
localhost : ok=5 changed=1 unreachable=0 failed=0 skipped=9 rescued=0 ignored=0

but nothing happens
I think I need the URL with openshift upstream

I'm a newbie with openshift, can you point me to the right direction?

It has been a while but I think you either just leave it commented out or have to replace URL with open shift upstream. Try leaving it commented

An RH subscription is not  needed to install ovirt metrics.
