It's a known issue (Yesterday it took me 4 cups of coffee and ~4-5 of lost sleep to remember this fact...)

The Latest qemu update (6.1) is broken, and fails during --deploy.

Make sure you run 'dnf downgrade qemu*' a couple of times on the first host, until you get qemu-6.0.

Once done, try deploying again.
