Thank you for the log location. With apologies, it happens "consistently" on some pages but not constantly everywhere. It generally occurs on pages that are attempting to auto-update. For instance, it happens on the dashboard home page and on the Hosts page when a host is installing and then activating and changing statuses on screen.

The error log records the following, which is consistent with the property 'a' warning seen prior:
