How do you update your hosts? Only via 'yum update'? The engine admin
ui? Something else?

Always putting them into maintenance through web admin gui and then running "yum update".

The hosts OS release went from 7.4 to 7.6 during these 2 years and a half and ovirt-release from initial 4.0.6 to 4.3.3.

yes, I got the icon relared to updates, but I think not related to ovirt-host specific package like now.
