Hi,

When creating a VM, users should be able to choose which quota they want to use, because each user can have multiple quotas available.

But we found a bug where there is no way for the user to get a list of available quotas using the REST API or VM Portal.

There is a related bug[1], which will change quota behavior, so that in case the user does not specify quota in the REST request,

it will choose one of the quotas available. Which would solve the problem.

I'm not sure if there is any workaround for this without these bugs fixed.
