I assume you want to have the OpenStack Glance images visible behind a corporate proxy server? I don't think it is possible. Few weeks back I was really trying to find a solution for it. I ended up creating a Glance provider inside the proxy environment. You can also use the ovirt.image-template role with the following settings in the playbook:

  environment:
    http_proxy: "{{ lookup('env', 'http_proxy') }}"
    https_proxy: "{{ lookup('env', 'https_proxy') }}"
    no_proxy: "{{ lookup('env', 'no_proxy') }}"
