I tried it and the result is the same. Message in engine log is strange file really doesn't exists '/usr/share/ovirt-engine/files/novnc/vendor/promise.js on the engone VM.
Certificate we use is valid with payed CA and its CA is in any browser by default. Maybe there can be something wrong when i changed default certificate to the custom one. But before today's morning upgrade everything worked fine.
