The problem is that anything on the budged doesn't have decent network + enough storage slots.
Maybe a homemade workstation with AMD ryzen could do the trick - but this is way over the budged compared to raspberry Pi-s

I know that boards based on recent Marvell's Armada can have up to 16 GB or RAM and 2 Dual 10GbE interfaces but honestly I never really used them.
