When I don't know, I usually check the git repo for previous patches' 'Bug-Url:'. In this case [1], the first patch with a Bug-Url points at a bug in product "Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager", and the second one at a bug in product "ovirt-distribution", component "ovirt-host". Since your request is not specific to RHV but is for oVirt (and obviously applies also to RHV, but that's irrelevant for now), latter is the best choice.
