thanks for your feedback.
I'm providing the logs from the engine (including the setup logs).
Also, I'm providing the yum history from the engine (maybe something didn't get installed).
All files can be located at: ovirt-4.3.4-RC1-to-RC2 - Google Drive





I hope this one helps for finding the reason for the DWH failiure.

Can you hint me what will happen if i purge the DWH data via the setup utility ?
What kind of data will be lost, as my VMs, storage and network settings seem to be OK ?

Looks like DWH service is not feeding data to the dashboard, can you please sahre your engine and dwh logs?
