Did you try with one smaller VM ?At the same time, are you able to check if the OVF works on other hypervisors (like VirtualBox on your laptop) ?

Yes, the VM was shut down properly prior to OVF export. And it's not an OVA. Also, this happens to EVERY VM I've tried to import from ESXi, so there seems to be something more to this to me.

So, “virt-v2v” is not able to get your Windows-7 disk mounted to load the OS.
