Yes, I mispelled the service in the text of my e-mail, but I did restart ovirt-ha-agent service.

And my qemu-kvm process for my hosted engine:

I did see that there is no graphic part...

In web admin gui I see that my engine has Video Type "QXL" but graphics Protocol set to "None":
