I have an iSCSI Storage Domain for VMs and need to increase storage.

To do this, I increased the size of LUN on iscsi storage server and tried to refresh the size of Storage Domain as per  

"Refreshing the LUN Size" section

I cannot see the "Additional Storage Size" column or any other option to refresh the LUN size.

What am I missing here?
