The error 480 - Gluster volume replica count is not supported, seems to indicate that vdsm has not read the updated conf.
Have you made the change in all the nodes (hypervisor)?

and restart vdsm.

You can change the allowed_replica_count to 2 in vdsm.conf - though this is not recommended in production. Supported replica count is 3.
