Here's what happened:

1. When creating the VM, I have created a new network interface card (NIC), that is, eth0

2. After the virtual machine is created, I want to personalize other configurations, such as adding new network cards, through the Clout init interface. So I configured to add eth1 network adapter on the run-once interface, but it didn't work.

Then your network interface name shoud be eth0 .

Please create a new vm in your ovirt. and check the actual network interface name.

try to use enp1s0 as network interface name.

network interface name was something like eth0 in the past.
