nevermind, it appears i've figured this out;

shut down all VMs 

put the export and iso storage into maintenance mode

put data domain into maintenance mode

paths can be edited, in the system - storage tab

reenable everything

I managed to "export/import" the export and iso domains and have them up and running on the new server, however, since you can't import a data domain, i'm wondering whats the best method for this.
