had a similar problem with Chrome on macOS but it
disappeared after I disabled Privacy Badger for the Engine
url (even though PB says it didn't detect any trackers).
I have the same problem and couldn't figure out what had happened in
the last 2/3 weeks. Now I know: I installed PrivacyBadger :-)
I just disabled it for my ovirt-engine url and all is working well
now.
