The repositories that you need are installed via the 'centos-release-ovirt45' package.

That includes the following:

What about the following repositories?:
ovirt-appliance-master-snapshot
ovirt-node-master-snapshot
These 2 repositories are not located in https://mirror.stream.centos.org/SIGs/9-stream/virt/x86_64/ovirt-45/Packages/. Also, the URL links for these 2 repositories are someone's private FTP server, so my LAN's firewall is blocking the URLs; https://resources.ovirt.org/repos/ovirt/github-ci/ovirt-appliance/el$releasever/ and https://resources.ovirt.org/repos/ovirt/github-ci/ovirt-node-ng-image/el$releasever/. Do you know of any other URLs that provide the same rpms as ovirt-appliance-master-snapshot and ovirt-node-master-snapshot? Using a VPN makes performing reposync take a very long time.
