How long had it been running before taking the screenshot? Especially if the hosted engine stayed active - it can take DWH some time to update (it doesn't poll for this info often, not sure on the specifics)
Give it a good day and see if it updates on the dashboard.
Further, have a look at the Cluster Hosts page and see if RAM usage is consistent with having 64GB rather than 32GB.
