Libvirt does support multiple hosts for gluster when they are defined as
disk XML e.g. when starting a VM.

Great! is this available in 7.6?

We do not support that only in the case of snapshots as the legacy
snapshot API in qemu accepts only paths and URIs and the multi-host
definition cannot be expressed as an URI. It will become possible once
we properly integrate with -blockdev.

When blockdev support is expected?
