there's a bunch of bugs which are easy to fix and can possibly be fixed also by someone with little / no programming experience.

They are low priority, low severity, and likely going to be closed deferred / wontfix due to capacity by the end of the 4.5.0 development cycle.

But if you have time and you want to try to contribute to oVirt for the first time, these are likely to be easy enough to let you contribute.
