Thank you,  and sorry for my late reply.

I found the issue which was that the host ssh server configuration was preventing connection from the new built hosted engine, and also the nfs export file system was missing there.

Downgrade the hosts qemu to 6.0 and you’ll probably be good, although you’ll have to re-run the installation.

I think the problem would at the network startup step but as I don't have any explicit error/failure message, I can't tell.
Please can someone here advise?
