What I wanted to do was move an old iSCSI appliance to the same VLAN as the new iSCSI appliance to stop storage migration traffic having to traverse a firewall. I ended up just trunking both VLANs to the same interface.

If you can tolerate some downtime, you could put the storage domain in maintenance and detach it. Then move your appliance, then import the domain using the new IP address.

Maybe there is a better/less invasive way but this should work.
