Hello!

I have installed from iso ovirt-node-iso-3.1.0-0.999.201310020841draft.vdsm.fc19.iso in " Both " mode.
When I try to check the gluster checkbox on the cluster edit page, then put the node in mainenance mode an try to Reinstall I get
"There are no ISO versions that are compatible with the Host's current version."

I initially installed oVirt without Gluster management support.  Now I want to add it in.  What is the best method for doing this?  I tried running engine-cleanup and then engine-setup to add it in that way.  But the only thing I accomplished was to hose my install.  Now that I have recovered from that, I still want to add this.  Any help would be appreciated.

Recommended way is to select 'Both' for 'ApplicationMode' during engine-setup.

But if you want to do this after engine-setup, you need to tweak a database entry. You could find an option_name called 'ApplicationMode' in the vdc_options table, change the value of the field to 255, then restart ovirt-engine service. Now you should able to manage both virt and gluster in oVirt.

Just set check the gluster checkbox on the cluster edit page, put the node/host into maintenance and reinstall it. It will install the gluster bits and you'll be able to add volumes.

This is possible only if oVirt is installed in 'Both' (Virt+Gluster) mode.
