Thank you. Your answer solved my problems.
 After I installed the big rpm and reboot.  there are two repo files remains  in /etc/yum.repos.d/ 
ovirt-4.2-dependencies.repo
ovirt-4.2.repo
maybe I should remove the 2 files to avoid any conflicts?

And this lead me to problems when I did 'yum update' after that. It
should work but didn't. So do this instead:
 
yum update ovirt-node-ng-image-update
 
or do to everything in one step:
 
yum install https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-4.3/rpm/el7/noarch/ovirt-node-ng-image-update-4.3.0-1.el7.noarch.rpm.
 
I tried both and they worked.
