The logs wheren't realy helpful for me (but may it's me and not the logs to blame)

You have to check /var/log/ovirt-hosted-engine-ha/broker.log and /var/log/vdsm/vdsm.log for errors about mounting your NFS share.

Did you tried manually mounting it?
