oVirt Guest Tools 4.2-1.el7.centos & QEMU guest agent v7.5 are installed.

When I try & take a snapshot, I get this warning:
"The VM will be paused while saving the memory
Could not detect Guest Agent on the VM.
Note that without a Guest Agent the data on the created snapshot may be inconsistent."

What am I missing or doing wrong?
