Based on the above screenshot, engine-setup inside the engine VM failed, when it ran ovirt-aaa-jdbc-tool, but it's hard to tell why it failed there.

Can you please try to get engine-setup logs from within the engine VM?

If the system is still running as-is, you can try that by connecting to the host, and from it ssh to the VM. Based on the log you attached, its IP address should be 192.168.222.138. There, check/share /var/log/ovirt-engine/setup/* . Thanks.
