NetworkManager is off, via "systemctl disable NetworkManager && systemctl stop NetworkManager" (and rebooted after), and network allowing remote ssh access and yum commands functional.

Please check/post full ovirt-hosted-engine-setup logs, vdsm logs.

Do you have NetworkManager?
