From the webadmin, choose the VM you want to export, browse its disks, for each open the edit dialog and set some string in the description field. See [1].

You're probably using 4.2.0, right?
I would suggest to upgrade to a more recent version of 4.2. Alternatively, you'll need to set a description for each of the VM's disks.
