Fedora/Centol/RHEL VMs:
   sudo yum install ovirt-guest-agent-common
   sudo systemctl enable ovirt-guest-agent.service && sudo systemctl start ovirt-guest-agent.service

Windows guest tool for Windows VMs:

  ovirt 3.5:

     yum install ovirt-guest-tools

  ovirt 3.6:

     yum install ovirt-guest-tools-iso

To get the ISO, than import into your ISO storage domain and share to your VMs to run the installer
