I'm looking for recommendations for backup software.  It needs to handle physical and virtual Linux and Windows, RHV and Hyper-V.

It doesn't have to be open source and it doesn't have to be free.

The main features we need are:

- disk to disk backups

- inter-site replication with rate limiting

- be able to handle Linux thin volumes (think RHGS)

- support BMR ans granular file / directory restore

- correctly handle Windows VSS

- support RHEL point releases as soon as they are released

I'm as much after "stay away from" as recommendations.

We currently use Arcserve UDP and it is ... well ... sub optimal
