Also, from what I can tell, in the GUI the brick seems to still be in the healing process (since I run the dd command yesterday), as the counters in self-heal info field change over time.

Also check the status of the file on each brick with the getfattr command ( see https://docs.gluster.org/en/latest/Troubleshooting/resolving-splitbrain/ ) and provide the output.
