One of our VM's went today and after further investigation it said it was paused because of storage I/O error I immediately powered off the VM and tried starting it again and this is what I get when it tries to come up before it fails.

What are my options? I have snapshots but when I try to clone a new VM from a snapshot it fails saying unable to create VMVolume or something. Their is nothing wrong with the storage volume other VM's are fine. I'm desperate here and need to recover this VM.
