I am just getting started with Ovirt. I have setup 3 Ovirt-Nodes(all on physical host) and deployed self hosted engine with iscsi storage on one of the host.
On engine ui, i have create two Clusters(C1, C2) and Engine is running in C1.
While executing "hosted-engine --check-liveliness" on hosts in C2 cluster, it says "Hosted Engine is not up!". Is this an issue? Or this means i have to deploy hosted engine in C2 cluster too.

oVirt is able to manage more than one cluster and more than one datacenter.
To ensure ensure HA capability for the engine VM two or three hosted-engine configured hosts in the same cluster are usually enough; you can choose to configure an host for hosted engine when you are going to add it to the cluster which contains the first HE host.
Hosts in other clusters are not aware of HE.
