Apparently, https://docs.okd.io/4.10/installing/index.html is not listing ovirt anymore, sounds like a bug in OKD docs.

Marcellus, you can follow 4.9 documentation: https://docs.okd.io/4.9/installing/installing_rhv/installing-rhv-default.html#installing-rhv-requirements_installing-rhv-default

and use oVirt 4.5 instead of oVirt 4.4.
