I have the same issue.

Error message while installing Ovirt hosted engine on newly installed node4.5.3.

“ The ipaddr filter requires python’s netaddr to be installed on the ansible controller”

Meanwhile the addr is installed as illustrated below

Please advice on how to proceed.
