Hi,
The problem solved.
The UPN was not defined for a given set of users. Hence it
reported error. Once the UPN was defined, it logged in properly.

Hi,
Another note: When I login using admin@internal, I am able to browse / search the AD User names, groups. But at login it gives "cannot resolve principle error".
Any help is highly appreciated.
