I would expect 2-3 weeks before CentOS 7.6 go GA. In the meanwhile, if you have a test environment, you can use the Continuous Release repo for helping to test CentOS: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/cr/x86_64/ (already passed initial QE) or development repo at https://buildlogs.centos.org/c7.1810.00.x86_64/
