I guess you could try the ovs hook, but it was used as a poc only. You can play with it, but I would
recommend upgrading to 4.0.2.

What exactly is your setup goal?

You should be aware that it may be unstable at this point, work on it is still in progress

OVS limited support is coming out in the next build (4.0.2), it is in tech-preview stage.

At the moment, there is no ovs-dpdk integration support.
